About Taylor

I’m Taylor White, a Panama City native and Northwest Florida Realtor with eXp Realty. Growing up here gave me an appreciation for everything this area offers-from the historic streets of The Cove and family neighborhoods in Lynn Haven to new construction in Callaway and room to spread out on acreage. Since becoming licensed in 2023, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate first homes, new construction, family moves, and investment properties throughout Bay County. My background also includes serving as a real estate sales manager and mentoring other agents-experience that strengthened my ability to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and keep transactions moving. New construction is a particular focus of mine. I work with buyers and local builders and understand how much the details matter, from included finishes and builder incentives to timelines, inspections, and the overall cost of ownership. I help buyers ask the right questions and compare their options so they can make decisions with confidence. For sellers, I combine thoughtful pricing, professional photography, and digital marketing that highlights both the property and the lifestyle around it. Every home has something that makes it stand out, and my job is to help the right buyers see it. My approach is straightforward: listen closely, stay proactive, and give honest advice-even when it means having a difficult conversation. My faith shapes the integrity and care I bring to my work, and I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that I’m looking out for them. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me spending time with my son, enjoying the water, or taking a back road somewhere. Northwest Florida is home to me, and helping others find their place here is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
