Terri Apodaca is a former Bank Officer with 24 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. Before buying her first home, Terri took a real estate class to educate herself and increase her awareness during the process. Terri relocated from Virginia to Florida and has owned property in both states. Having experienced what it’s like to settle into a new state, while tying up loose ends in your former state, she is especially patient and sensitive to her customers’ relocation. Being an explorer at heart, she is an expert on the greater Jacksonville area and what it has to offer. She participates in various community events and enjoys her family and rescue puppy named Tiger!
