About Theresa

Considering that growing up my report card always said “talks too much” I should have gone into real estate sales much sooner but I started my career in the home building and development industry. My father was a builder and developer in Michigan and I worked with him for over 20 years. I love the industry. I love the entire process of helping people find the perfect home. I decided to get my real estate license in 2014 and eventually opened my own brokerage. In 2019, I expanded into Florida expecting to work in both Michigan and Florida. In 2020, I learned 2 things. I don’t like cold weather and I don’t enjoy covid lockdowns. I have been full time in Florida since. I owned a home in Fort Lauderdale for over 20 years and currently live in Lighthouse Point. I have sold many luxury homes but I love working in every price range. My favorite part of doing real estate in Florida is meeting people from around the world. I have helped many people buy and sell homes here in Florida. I am proud to say that anyone who has ever worked with me has kept in touch and referred friends. I am honest and always have the goal of helping people reach their real estate goals. When I am not working, I am traveling or embarrassing my kids on tiktok & Instagram.
