About Tim Van Den
Timothy "Tim" van den Broeke is a highly motivated Real Estate professional with a track record in Law and Finance. Tim's experience as a professional support lawyer specializing in dispute resolution and mergers and acqusitions prepared him for the role of negotiator in real estate transactions. As an audit intern in a financial services division, he was responsible for auditing large financial institutions which gives him invaluable experience in understanding contracts, and advising on major financial decisions. Tim also has significant experience as a home renovator and is comfortable hiring and working with (sub)contractors. Tim is licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker and has a Masters degree in Dutch Business Law (title: LL.M), and a Masters degree in Economics, Accounting and Control (title: MSc.). Tim specializes in residential real estate, including new construction and resales. Tim is originally from The Netherlands but his family has been in Vero Beach since the 1920's, so much of his childhood was spent here. In 2018, he truly fell in love with the laid-back, beach town vibe and after finishing University in The Netherlands, he moved to Vero Beach full-time in 2020.
