Her experience includes single-family homes, condos, vacation properties, waterfront homes, new construction, acreage, and rentals. Before entering real estate, Tima worked in strategic project management in telecommunications, managing a portfolio valued at $500 million while overseeing an additional $200 million in projects annually. This experience strengthened her ability to coordinate complex work, manage competing priorities, track budgets and deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed - skills she now brings to every transaction. She helps buyers evaluate properties and prepare offers, while supporting sellers with pricing, presentation, marketing, and negotiations. Originally from Uzbekistan, Tima lived in Australia and Chicago before making Naples her home. Having navigated international moves and raised her family in different communities, she understands the practical decisions and personal adjustments involved in relocation. Her guidance extends beyond the property search to helping clients understand the area and settle into everyday life. Known as Tima Connect, she founded a Russian-speaking women’s community in Naples in 2017. Through local gatherings, introductions, and shared experiences, she has helped women build friendships and newcomers feel at home.
