About TINA PRATT
Licensed for over 20 years, I am efficient in all aspects of residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management. I've earned my Broker's license, and continuously pursue ongoing real estate and business education as a team leader. Personal mentorship and group mentorship is extended to all agents in our organization to develop successful relationships with our clients. Our team has implemented many programs for the general public to participate in: The Corporate Plan, and the Non-Profit Benefits plan, is just the beginning. Several large hospitals, and airports, and churches in the central Florida area have initiated these plans allowing for group discounts for real estate transactions, and fund raising for non-profit groups. There are at least 56 things I can think of that can go wrong during a transaction. I confidently stand ready to foresee the possible pitfalls, before problems occur to insure a smooth transaction. My attitude in real estate is not about beating up the other agent, which makes negotiations even tougher and sparks trouble throughout the transaction. I exceed in negotiations because of strong perception and creative abilities in putting a deal together. I plans for success. There are many parts of the real estate world that interest me; architecture, understanding building design (the "why" things are done that way), the way people live and decorate, but I have to say - contract negotiations and presentations are my hot buttons. My hat changes. I can feel it, and the rush is not that of a pit bull. The rush is gentler, more thorough, and more giving of myself into the end result of achieving my client's success. It is reflected well in the reward of seeing the celebration in my client's smiles. In this business, you have to work smarter and go the extra mile. For buyers, you have to show up when the offer is presented, so your offer will be certain to be heard over all others. For sellers, it means constant contact and market feedback. If the market does not bear the desired results, that's a definite indication that changes are required. As your Realtor, I have to be ready for the market changes, and direct you accordingly. What kind of agent am I? I am the agent that I would select to represent me — if I were you.
