Her easy going, but laser-focused style has earned her a reputation of providing honest answers, and real estate services that are convenient, comprehensive and professional. A native of Salt Lake City, she and her husband made their permanent home in St. Louis, Missouri. Her almost 40 year real estate career began there. Ultimately they moved permanently to Southwest Florida after several years as snowbirds. She immediately became licensed here and once more began helping simplify for her new customers the red tape that often accompanies real estate transactions. The bottom line: Tobi's passion is assisting buyers to find their special place in Paradise and sellers to move on to the next step of their lives. Along with her real estate career, Tobi believes strongly in giving back to her community. She has been a juvenile court advocate, worked on a TV consumer hotline, volunteered at food pantries and the Red Cross, helped build homes at Habitat for Humanity, assisted teachers educating special needs children, and participated in numerous events to raise money for a cure for cancer. At John R. Wood Properties, Tobi is part of the Grup Coastal Living team, which in 2017 was one of the highest productive teams at JRW, serving customers in Collier and Lee counties.
