Buying or selling real estate is a complicated transaction with many moving parts requiring the participation not only of the buyer or seller and the agent, but also many 3rd party vendors; staging and storage services, photo/video services, lending services, title services, opposing buyer/seller agent and their vendors, and potentially more to make for a successful closing.  No two real estate transactions are alike. Creativity, persistence, and urgency on the agent's part will be crucial. Treb is sensitive to the needs of his client, providing the friendly and positive support needed to make the transaction as seamless and stress free as possible and ultimately a rewarding experience. Treb Hurley has lived in the Odessa / Keystone area of North Hillsborough county for 25+ years.  He has a strong knowledge and special connection to the Tampa Bay area's greatest attributes; its many beautiful beaches, lakes, parks, excellent schools, and recreational opportunities.  Treb grew up in the Upper Midwest and received his business bachelor's degree in corporate finance and marketing research at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  He did his post-undergraduate work study through the General Electric Financial Management Program (FMP). Eventually Treb's career found its way into technology distribution sales and finally into his lifelong passion for real estate.  Treb and his wife, Julie, who was born and raised in Tarpon Springs, are proud parents of two young men, graduates from Auburn University and Northeastern University (Boston).
