About Valencia C-H
Native of Sanford, Florida and resident of Gainesville, FL since 1990. I'm a 3x University of Florida Graduate over the course of 28 years being immersed in the Gainesville community. I'm enthusiastic about helping people fulfill their dreams! One way to do this is helping guide a buyer or seller through the process of buying/selling their home. It's an emotional process. Having a realtor who cares about the person while also guiding the necessary logistics of the transaction, is what I believe is key to a successful experience. I feel like an ambassador to Gainesville and love helping others become acclimated to the community. My background in major career fields include a combined 20+ years experience: Teaching-Elementary, Middle & High School (public & private sector), Sales & Event Management and Summer experiences: Assistant Camp Director Florida Volleyball in HR (3 yrs) along with teaching young kids & adults how to swim
