About Vernon
After 20 years of having a career in the IT field, I decided to join my wife, Katie Spires, in real estate. We had a vision of setting up a business that would benefit our children for their future. It’s all about creating a life worth living and leaving a legacy that can be passed down, so what better business than Real Estate. Of course, we would not have been able to do this without all the hard work of all our team members. I grew up in Citrus County and have seen so many changes throughout the years. Being part of our real estate team is a blessing on how we can help with the growth of our small town. It is an absolute pleasure to help all the wonderful families that want to find or build their forever home here in Citrus County.
