I am a lifelong resident of Florida and a 29 year resident to Jacksonville, Orange Park, and the surrounding areas. I bring a wealth of knowledge to the Jacksonville area and I have watched the community grow through the years. With my vast Real Estate Knowledge and expertise with short sales and distressed properties and foreclosures, I also have an extensive mortgage financing background, as I was a Licensed Correspondent Mortgage Lender for 19 years before I followed my passion of real estate in 2007. I believe this makes me extremely qualified in the listing and selling of homes. I grew up in Vero Beach, Florida and spent a lot of time working with my father at his Italian restaurant. I learned at a young age how important customer service is.
