I made the move from Upstate NY to Florida over 10 years ago and am so glad to live in this wonderful state. I currently reside in Palm Coast, where I have been for the past 8 years, after spending some time in Volusia and St Johns before settling. I appreciate the convenience of a growing city like Palm Coast but also adore more rural towns like Hastings, Seville, or Pierson. I come from a residential construction background and still spend time working with local builders and growing my own investment portfolio. I thrive in a world where business contacts can communicate and learn from each other, exchange services, and recommend all their best networking contacts. I work with buyers and sellers, with my construction background serving them each in a different way. I'm a wife and mother, and in love with all things residential construction, from the acquisition, to the developing, and eventually the sale. I would love to show you what I know, and what I don't know, I'm ready to learn to better serve my clients.
