About Virginia

My personal experience of moving 19 times across 7 states, has prepared me to better understand the emotional, financial and physical demands of buying, selling and renting a home. Rest assured that I will be your personal guide and advocate through all aspects of the process, providing you with expertise, care and support. I will keep you informed and will be easily available to you for any questions you may have along the way. I have always loved real estate in fact my mother was a real estate broker. As a seniors real estate specialist, I am trained and prepared to assist the over 55 year old seller or buyer with issues that may be unique to their transactions. I also hold a certification in home staging which allows me to consult sellers on how to prepare your home to have maximum buyer appeal. This same experience enables me to guide buyers through the many homes on the market, to help you find the home of your dreams. I am a strong negotiator and will work hard on your behalf to bring you a successful closing. I have the marketing power and reputation of The Keller Williams brand as a longstanding industry leader. My knowledge, experience and care, along with the support of my team, have equipped me to serve you with excellence.
