Vivian Gronlier is a Real Estate Broker Associate whose dedicated work ethic and dynamic personality are the main characteristics that make her stand out. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Vivian and her family decided to make Miami their home while on vacation in 2000. "I fell in love with Miami's cultural diversity, unique architecture, new developments, and tropical weather." After relocating to Miami, it has been Vivian's journey to share what Miami has to offer by hosting a show in 2004 called What's Hot Miami. She has also impacted the local community as Vice President at a non-profit organization by providing affordable housing to families through property rehabilitation and new construction projects. Vivian is a former Area Manager at LA Fitness for over a decade where some of her specialties included, but were not limited to facilities, acquisitions, staff training and development, maintaining and increasing standards of customer service. By combining her business sales, marketing, management, coaching, and development skills, she is well-versed and redefines the real estate service industry. In fact, one of her main goals is to develop and maintain lifelong relationships with her customers. Vivian embodies culture, strength, education, and professionalism. Additionally, Vivian brings added value by staying on the cutting edge with the latest real estate technology. "Just as the real estate industry is becoming more innovative and efficient, so do I." She has the drive to remain on top of the new innovative tools that will keep her customers equipped with up-to-date products, whether it be for buyers of sellers. Vivian has experience working with families, business owners, including investors. In her free time, Vivian enjoys family activities, working out, and improving her business through continued education and innovation. Her biggest motivation in life is being a great wife to her husband, Orlando, and mother to her son, David.
