I’m Wendy Orelus, a Northeast Florida Realtor® with a background that gives my clients a real advantage. Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent more than 30 years in the mortgage industry — underwriting loans, auditing files, and solving the kinds of financing issues that often cause stress for buyers and sellers. That experience shaped the way I work today. I understand how loans really function behind the scenes, what underwriters look for, and how small details can make or break a closing. My clients get the benefit of that knowledge from the very first conversation all the way through the final signature. I’m also a Certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), which means I’m trained to help homeowners and investors navigate more complex situations like distressed properties, short sales, and unique financial challenges.
