For almost 20 years Will Estell made his living as a tourism and travel editor, both for regional and national travel and lifestyle magazines, and as a past publisher of his own travel and tourism publishing partnerships, in addition to travel and real estate websites, and social media platforms. Having closely followed and consistently researched Northwest Florida’s and Alabama’s coastal real estate markets, Will Estell has personally written over 750 published articles, many on coastal tourism and related consumer driven real estate trends.
