About Will

Global Real Estate Advisor | Premier Sotheby’s International Realty – Village Office, Naples, Florida William Smith brings decades of global luxury brand experience to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, where he proudly serves clients from the Village office in Naples, Florida. A native of Washington DC and Napa California, William spent over 40 years in the fine wine industry, holding senior roles with Diageo Chateau & Estates and Treasury Wine Estates in Napa Valley. His work with legacy names like Robert Mondavi shaped his approach to client service, luxury branding, and storytelling. As a certified advanced sommelier, William built a worldwide network of discerning clientele—many of whom now rely on his expertise in high-end real estate. His deep roots in Naples, where his family has lived since 1986, and his personal experience buying and selling local estate properties, inform his insightful and one client-at-a-time approach. William draws meaningful parallels between fine wine and real estate: both require craftsmanship, narrative, and an understanding of the lifestyle they represent. Known for his precision, discretion, and market knowledge, he offers a refined real estate experience rooted in trust and service. Outside of real estate, William enjoys competitive sailing, tennis, and continuing his lifelong passion for wine.
