President of Fortune International Realty Commercial Division, Wolfgang Herz has been intrigued by the world of real estate since he was very young. Inspired by his father, who was a developer, Mr. Herz was fascinated by the creation of buildings in general, with architectural designs inspiring him to be creative in all aspects of his life, both personal and professional, leisure and labor. Mr. Herz joined CRE over ten years ago, primarily because, as director of services for the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Hotel and Residence. In 1985 Mr. Herz began to work at the finest hotel companies, such as Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, and Mandarin Oriental. It was there that he began to learn and acquire the exceptional customer service skills for which he is so well known today, and which accounted for his rather rapid rise to senior management. His consistent desire to not merely meet, but always exceed the wishes and expectations of his customers have followed him into the real estate world like a steadfast disciple. His utter commitment and dedication to his profession and to his clientele have earned him multiple awards in the hotel industry such as the Five Star Five Diamond, as well as recognition for top sales agent in the commercial real estate field. He is particularly proud of his involvement in the complete sellout of the Latitude One office condominiums. Mr. Herz formed the “Wolf” team in 2009, which consists of agent/consultant team members—all of whom are providing comprehensive assistance to their customers with a wide range of real estate services. Mr. Herz’s specialty, however, lies in the representation of the hotel and restaurant market, as well as extending consultation services to developers. Because of the discretion and the expertise shown by Mr. Herz and his team, their services are actively sought after by a celebrity clientele that includes professional athletes, musicians, high-level businessmen and women, investors, and others of a similar elevated profile seeking to secure commercial property to suit their objectives and requirements. Born in Vienna, Austria, Mr. Herz is fluent in English, German, French, and Portuguese. He has lived all over the world and holds a degree in hospitality management and engineering from Hospitality Management School Vienna One. He is actively involved in his community and enjoys his participation with the Big Brothers and the St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute in Vienna. In his spare time, such as it is, Mr. Herz enjoys golf, skiing, soccer, and boating.
