I am fluent in English and Mandarin and bring over 8 years of real estate experience to the Jacksonville market. I began my career in 2016 in China, where I specialized in relocation and built a boutique real estate firm, SunnyHouse, from the ground up in Shenzhen. Over the years, I helped clients from more than 85 countries find their homes, giving me a unique global perspective and a strong ability to understand different needs, cultures, and communication styles. Relocation is personal to me. I have relocated 10 times in my own life, so I understand the excitement, stress, and uncertainty that come with moving somewhere new. That experience helps me guide clients with patience, empathy, and practical advice. Jacksonville is also personal to my family. My husband grew up here, giving me a strong local connection and appreciation for the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and community that make Northeast Florida such a special place to call home.
