About Yara

I moved to South Florida from Havana Cuba. Since coming to Florida I worked as a teacher until 2005 when I decided to change my profession and do what I love and passionate about, selling Real Estate. I find joy helping people, I am honest and dedicated to my job. I believe these are the most important factors in achieving the goals of any Real Estate Agent. I specialize in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I have plenty of experience and knowledge when it comes to Transactions, Contracts, Negotiations, FHA programs, VA Loan, Short Sales and Pre-Foreclosures. I have also worked with many satisfied Buyers and Sellers. Real Estate has given me the opportunity to be confident and proud in my professional Real Estate Career. My goal is to offer each customer my integrity, my knowledge, my guidance along with professional referrals to create a long lasting professional working relationship with clients. In addition, I constantly educate myself by taking class and seminars to broaden my knowledge in the fast growing Market in Real Estate. I am familiar with Broward, Palm Beach and Miami- Dade County’s. I am bilingual, I speak Spanish and English. Besides Real Estate, I enjoy cooking, exercising, traveling, listening to music, and spending quality time with my family & friends.
