About Sarah

Sarah Morra | Associate Broker Sarah Morra brings more than two decades of real estate industry experience, a resourceful approach to problem-solving, and a genuine appreciation for the people behind every transaction. Her fascination with homes began during childhood, when frequent moves sparked her interest in neighborhoods, floor plans, and the places people call home. Sarah entered the industry in 2005, working behind the scenes with REO and bank-owned properties. She earned her real estate license in 2010 and her broker's license in 2016. As an Associate Broker with Legends Real Estate Group, Sarah works with traditional buyers and sellers while also leading the group's REO division and supporting fellow agents through education, operations, and transaction coordination. Her diverse experience has taught her to navigate complicated situations, consider different perspectives, and look for creative solutions that help people find common ground. Sarah enjoys the unpredictable nature of real estate. No two days are the same, and she appreciates the opportunity to learn something new, tackle a challenge, or help someone through an important decision. Her approach combines communication, compassion, persistence, and a healthy sense of humor. Sarah was named NAMAR's 2024 Broker of the Year and received its 2025 Sunshine Award. She serves on the NAMAR Board of Directors through 2027 and has contributed to numerous industry committees. She also co-founded Kids Shop Charity, an annual back-to-school shopping initiative for children in foster care. Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, James, their son, Jonathan, and their Boston Terrier, Rocky. She loves Sunday family dinners, experimenting with recipes, crafting, redecorating, and sharing laughs with friends and neighbors. For Sarah, mastering the art of real estate is about relationships, resourcefulness, and making the journey as positive and memorable as possible.
