About McKay

Born and raised in Lexington, I've spent 14 years helping people buy, sell, rent and invest in Central Kentucky real estate. I'm the Principal Broker of Lexington's Real Estate Company (LRC), and I work with first-time buyers, move-up sellers, investors and property owners across Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond and Paris. My team and I also manage a growing portfolio of single-family and multi-family rentals, so I understand real estate from every side of the table: the buyer, the seller, the landlord and the tenant. That experience helps my clients price correctly, negotiate with confidence and make decisions based on real numbers, not guesses. I'm a Lexington Catholic and University of Kentucky graduate, and giving back to my hometown matters to me. I served on the board of Lexington Habitat for Humanity, including as board president. I'm a REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, and I hold the e-PRO® certification, which reflects my commitment to using technology to market homes and find the right one for you. Whether you're buying your first home, selling, building a rental portfolio or looking for a place to rent, my approach is simple: clear communication, honest advice and strong relationships. Call or text me at 859.806.5586 or email mckay@lrcrealestate.com to get started.
