I’m Cody Danielson, a real estate broker with Sherley Real Estate and owner of Confluence Realty, Inc. I help buyers and sellers throughout Helena and the surrounding communities from Butte to Great Falls, and Towsend to Deer Lodge. Since starting in February 2024, and in the first two years, had the privilege of helping clients through more than 30 real estate transactions and earned my broker’s license in February 2026. Those experiences have reinforced what I enjoy most about this work: relationships, getting to know people, understanding what matters to them, and helping them move forward through any real estate transaction.
