Eric began his career in real estate in 1988. He became an agent working under his step father. At the age of 24 Eric obtained his brokers license. He has worked with clients on residential, raw land, land development, land banking and even construction management. Eric loves real estate and stays on top of the current market conditions. Eric loves working with first time home buyers and educating them on the purchase of their home. Eric thinks outside of the box and offers other solutions that his clients may not have thought of. Passionate and focused Eric loves doing research for his clients and informing them as much as he can whether they are buying or selling. If he does not know the answer he will find it out! With 36 years in real estate Eric has the experience buy also the passion for real estate. He and his fiance Dawna are creating a real estate company focused on the clients for the purpose of serving their clients best needs whether now or in the future.
