About Jessica

I'm Jess! I’m a lifelong Finger Lakes native, a mom of three, a home-design enthusiast, and a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan. I love traveling, gardening, cooking, skiing, country music, spending time at the lake, and hanging out with my family and Milo, our Goldendoodle. I grew up in Geneva and graduated from Geneva High School and William Smith College. After living in Rochester for 13 years, my family and I moved to Skaneateles, where we raised our daughter and two sons. I love this area—not just for its beauty, but for the communities, schools, lakes, small towns, and people that make the Finger Lakes such a special place to call home. I’ve always had a passion for houses and design. I’ve personally owned four properties, sold two, managed an out-of-state rental, and been through home renovations quite literally from top to bottom. I’ve tackled roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, outdoor spaces, a pool, deck, patio, yard drainage, and plenty of cosmetic updates in between. That experience has given me a practical eye for what a home needs, what improvements are worth making, and where there may be potential others don’t immediately see. I especially love walking into a property and imagining what it could become—whether that means helping a buyer look past dated finishes and see the possibilities, or helping a seller decide which updates are worth making before putting a home on the market. I believe you can make a home feel beautiful and inviting without spending a fortune, and I’m always thinking about both the design and the dollars. Before real estate, I spent more than a decade as a Corporate Account Sales and Marketing Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. That experience taught me the value of communication, honesty, follow-through, and building relationships people can trust. I later stepped away from corporate life to raise my children and also spent time as a preschool teacher.
