About Albert R Spadin

Originally from a small town outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I attended Penn State University, where I studied Psychology and Biochemistry. After graduation, I traded Pennsylvania winters for the beaches of San Diego, enjoying several years of the Southern California lifestyle before eventually relocating to Las Vegas and beginning my real estate career in 2009. Starting my career in Las Vegas during the aftermath of the 2007 housing crash gave me an invaluable foundation in real estate. I learned firsthand how to navigate challenging markets, representing clients through short sales and foreclosures, working with asset managers on REO properties, and helping traditional and first-time buyers and sellers successfully achieve their goals. Through partnerships with USAA and Navy Federal Credit Union, I also had the privilege of helping hundreds of military and veteran clients navigate the buying and selling process. After becoming a top-producing Realtor in Las Vegas, my family and I relocated to the Raleigh area in 2020 in search of a better quality of life and a place to raise our family. Calling North Carolina home had been a dream of mine since I was young, and we couldn't be happier to be here. Today, I’m a full-time Real Estate Advisor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle. I bring nearly 20 years of experience, strong market knowledge, and a relentless commitment to putting my clients first.
