About Colleen
Born and raised in New Jersey, I graduated with a degree in dental hygiene before moving to Long Island with my husband, Michael. We embraced the beach lifestyle until 2001, when we relocated to Mooresville, North Carolina, and fell in love with the vibrant Lake Norman community. I returned to college and earned a degree in education from UNC Charlotte. My years of experience in the local school systems, both as a parent and teacher, have given me valuable insights into the educational landscape here. In 2014, I became a licensed real estate broker, leveraging my deep understanding of the community to assist clients in navigating the market. I have successfully worked with buyers and sellers at all stages of life—from first-time homebuyers to move-up buyers and empty nesters. My dedication to helping clients find their ideal homes is evident in my personalized approach to real estate. Let’s find your dream home together!
