Hi, I'm Darla Cheski! I'm a REALTOR® with Premier South Real Estate, licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina since 2018. I help buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, and those relocating throughout Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Rock Hill, York, Clover, Lake Wylie, Charlotte, and surrounding communities. My family and I have called Fort Mill home since 2012, when we built our home in The Reserve at Gold Hill. I love this area and enjoy helping others discover everything it has to offer. I'm detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making sure my clients understand every step of the real estate process. Whether I'm helping a first-time buyer navigate their first purchase or working with a seller to prepare their home for the market, I believe honest advice, clear communication, and personal attention make all the difference. I'm also a resource for my clients long after closing. Outside of real estate, I'm a proud Penn State graduate, substitute teacher in the Fort Mill School District, and president of the Nation Ford High School Theatre Company Booster Club.
