Dave has extensive knowledge of the Triangle area of North Carolina, including the cities of Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, and specializes in residential home buying and selling, luxury homes, and new construction properties. With a degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, Dave loves the challenge of showing any home in its best possible light. As an experienced agent, Dave understands that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a cleint's life and views being entrusted to assist with this process as a privilege. Dave is an active member of his profession and his community. He is a longtime member of the Durham Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He has served as Chair of the Board of Directors at KidsPeace, an organization that provides support for kids in foster care and foster parents. Motivated by his personal experience as a father of four adopted sons, he also coordinates a yearly fundraiser for Together We Rise, which provides resources for kids in foster care. He resides in Chapel Hill, with his partner John, their four boys, and two spoiled dogs.
