My prior background consisted of pediatric intensive care nursing, business development, practice administration and consulting, bringing the following skill sets to you in your real estate transactions: customer service, high ethical standards, confidentiality, negotiating skills, attention to detail, ability to work within the confines of various regulatory bodies, risk management. On a personal note, I have lived in Chapel Hill, Greenville and Wilmington, NC, for a total of 30+ years. My four daughters and I have vacationed on Bald Head Island, NC for 30 years and are previous property owners. I enjoy working out with p90x, jogging, cooking, boat/beach time and volunteering. The beauty of this slice of Coastal Carolina and the friendliness of the people here bring ones quality of life to a new level, and new meaning to the word home.
