Originally born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Gevin is a native to the triangle area and has a very extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the triangle. After graduating from Enloe High School Gevin attended North Carolina Central University where he studied Political Science. Prior to joining Keller Williams Preferred Realty of Brier Creek as a Real Estate Broker, he worked for the Hendrick Automotive Group for 13 years as a Sales Manager and Financial Services Manager. It was through his experience in the automotive industry that he gained valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Gevin’s clients often describe him as detail-oriented, professional and committed to providing them with the highest quality of service. He has a passion for helping to guide clients through the overwhelming and sometimes complex real estate process. He currently resides in the Brier Creek area of Raleigh with his wife Melody and son Nicholas. When Gevin is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, and trying the different restaurants that the triangle area has to offer.
