About Jeff

Born and raised in snowy Detroit, Jeff decided that shoveling snow and scraping his windows in the morning weren’t for him, so he moved to the milder and kinder climate of North Carolina! Although he remains a loyal (and enthusiastic!) Red Wings and Michigan State University fan (go Spartans!), he and his family have never looked back. Before becoming a Realtor, Jeff had a 14-year corporate sales career in the financial services and enterprise software industries. Working with clients such as Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Duke Energy, and GEICO allowed him to hone his strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills—all of which are critical in today’s real estate marketplace. Jeff focuses his business in the Lake Norman area, particularly Huntersville, where he’s consistently ranked in the top 3% of agents by volume. What’s led to that success is his ability to form meaningful partnerships with clients who become friends, managing their expectations and giving them a path to realize all their real estate dreams. When he’s not working, Jeff loves spending time with his wife and son (who share his wry sense of humor). Two of his favorite memories are a family trip to Maui where his then 3-year-old said, “This is the life!” and when he enjoyed his 1,000th craft beer (yes, he keeps track) with his closest friends and family in-between winery stops in Sonoma the day after his wedding.
