With more than 20 years of experience in customer service and retail management, Joelle Fitts brought her passion for exceptional service to real estate in 2013. Joelle believes real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it’s about people, relationships, and life’s most meaningful milestones. Originally from Woodstock, New York, Joelle has called Raleigh home since 1987. After attending Appalachian State University, she met her husband, Paul, a Senior Mortgage Broker. Their complementary experience in real estate and mortgage lending gives her valuable insight into the home-buying process and helps her provide clients with knowledgeable, well-rounded support. Outside of real estate, Joelle loves traveling, whether exploring the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or embarking on a cross-country road trip. She is also passionate about giving back, supporting organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Alzheimer’s Association, The Green Chair Project, the American Red Cross, and the SPCA of Wake County. For Joelle, success is measured not only by the transactions she completes, but by the trust she earns, the relationships she builds, and the positive difference she makes in the lives of others.
