Kevin was born and raised in Rochester, New York, where he knew from an early age that he would be directing his passion for people into a career. Pursuit of his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego revealed his attention to detail, and when combined with his interest in houses and architecture, Kevin knew real estate was for him!   Residing in the South Park area of Charlotte, North Carolina for 6 years now, Kevin continues to embrace all Charlotte has to offer. An avid foodie, he’s always trying new restaurants, relaxing at local breweries, and exploring the Queen City’s nightlife. Kevin is involved with the local sports culture through his love of NASCAR, Charlotte Football Club, and of course, supporting the Buffalo Bills! Staying active is important to him, and you’ll often find him at the gym, hiking, or enjoying lake life with boating and water sports.
