About Madison
Hi, I’m Madison Willis, a REALTOR® with Century 21 Coastal Advantage, helping buyers and sellers in New Bern and across coastal North Carolina. Before real estate, I spent nearly two decades in the hospitality industry and eight years as a nutrition coach, helping hundreds of people reach their health and wellness goals, including over 100 clients through my own coaching business, which I founded in 2022. All of it taught me the same thing: listen first, then guide people toward what they actually want. That’s how I work with every client, big goals or small. I specialize in military moves, seniors starting their next chapter, and anyone dreaming of life on the coast. I live in charming, historic New Bern, and it brings me so much joy that I want everyone I work with to find that same feeling in their next home. Before New Bern, I lived in Morehead City and on Emerald Isle, where my husband’s family goes back six generations. I know which end of the island is quiet, where the vacation rentals cluster, and where to go when you want shopping and a good meal. Backed by the tools and team at Century 21 Coastal Advantage, I’ll keep you informed, answer your texts, and make the process feel easy. Off the clock, you’ll find me fishing, hiking, cooking from scratch, or exploring a farmer’s market with my dog. Let’s talk about your next move: madisonwillis.realty@gmail.com
