She is a member of the award-winning Michelle Gurrera & Associates team, serving North Carolina’s Wilmington, Leland, Wrightsville Beach, Hampstead, and Carolina Beach areas. Since 2005, Marisa has been representing buyers, sellers, and investors with residential real estate transactions, including the purchase or sale of single-family homes, condos, townhomes and land - with an emphasis on relocations, first-time home buyers, and investment properties. Marisa is a trusted advisor and consultant in the real estate industry and is well respected among her peers. With a strong background in property and sales management – Marisa anticipates clients’ needs, proactively manages each transaction, and always delivers superior customer service. Active in the real estate community, Marisa has been a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) since 2005. Marisa has lived in Wilmington for almost 30 years. In 1995, she moved to Wilmington to be close to family and never looked back. She met her husband soon after moving to the area, and they have been together ever since. When not selling real estate, Marisa enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and pets, cooking, gardening, and enjoying everything our beautiful coast has to offer.
