About Paul

Paul Ortman spent more than a decade in nursing before he became a REALTOR® in 2021, and he still works the same way: listen carefully, explain the plan clearly, and look out for the person in front of him. Paul is licensed in North and South Carolina with Vantage Realty Pros at eXp Realty and focuses on Lake Wylie, Rock Hill and the surrounding area. He works with luxury waterfront buyers and sellers, first-time buyers, and clients buying new construction. At every price point, his clients get the same things: straight answers, steady communication, and an agent who makes sure they understand exactly what they're buying or selling before they sign anything. For sellers, that means pricing the home where the market actually supports it, then marketing it properly. One home had sat on the market for six months with another agent and expired. Paul rewrote the listing from scratch, brought in new photography, and it sold in one day. Paul has lived and worked in the Carolinas for more than 20 years and served in the military before his nursing career. He lives in Rock Hill, and he and his wife own Kinetic Taekwondo in Fort Mill, where he's also an instructor. In his free time he's usually diving, boating or traveling.
