About Shirley Logan

I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate for more than 25 years, and after over $150 million in sales, I still believe the most important part of this business is taking good care of people. I’m a North Carolina Realtor® serving Wilmington and the surrounding coastal communities of New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties. Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from first-time and out-of town buyers and growing families to luxury clients, investors, builders and homeowners who have lived in the same house for decades and are ready for a change. A large part of my career has been spent in new construction, and it’s an area I especially love. I’ve worked closely with builders and buyers through the entire process—from choosing the right homesite and floor plan to structural options, design selections, construction and closing. That experience gives my clients an advantage when comparing new construction with resale homes and understanding what they’re really getting for their money. Real estate is about much more than houses to me. Buying or selling a home is often connected to a much bigger life story—a marriage, a new baby, retirement, relocation, financial change, or simply the beginning of a new chapter. I believe my job is to listen first, give honest advice, protect my clients’ interests and help them make decisions they’ll feel good about long after the closing. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom with a big family that means the world to me. I’m also a singer/songwriter and have been involved in ministry, mentoring and community outreach for many years. Those parts of my life have given me the opportunity to walk alongside people from all kinds of backgrounds and through many different seasons of life. I think that has shaped the way I approach real estate too—with compassion, honesty and a genuine desire to help people.
