With over 500 closed transactions, I combine local market knowledge with a degree in economics from the University of Tennessee and a background in business management, sales, and ownership. I look beyond the property itself to understand its value, financial potential, and the opportunities that can make a difference for my clients. I particularly enjoy working with real estate investors, helping them evaluate rental properties, analyze house-flipping opportunities, and make informed decisions. I also take pride in protecting my clients’ financial interests through careful analysis and negotiation. In one transaction, I negotiated a purchase price reduction of $30,000 after an appraisal came in below the agreed-upon price. In others, I’ve secured significant repairs, credits, and even a new roof as part of the purchase agreement. I was born in Raleigh and, after growing up in Wilmington, Delaware, and attending the University of Tennessee, returned to Raleigh with my wife to raise our family. My grandparents also called Raleigh home, and my grandfather served as director of the downtown Raleigh YMCA. Those roots give me a personal connection to the community I’m proud to serve.
