Add to that a genuine passion for helping people navigate the complex world of real estate, and it's clear why buyers and sellers across greater Charlotte have trusted her with more than 500 closings since she was first licensed in 2007. One might say Tiffany has been preparing for this work all her life. A degree in Business Management and Finance from NC State University laid the foundation, and every role that followed carried real responsibility — including managing the office of a United States Congressman whose committee work covered banking, finance, and housing. That experience gave her an uncommon view of how housing policy reaches the kitchen table, and it still shapes how she reads a market and structures a deal. Today Tiffany works with clients out of the REMAX Executive Ballantyne office, serving Ballantyne, Waxhaw and Weddington, Matthews, Indian Trail, Indian Land, Fort Mill, and neighborhoods across south Charlotte and the surrounding towns. She holds the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation, serves as Broker-in-Charge of the Ballantyne office, and is General Manager for REMAX Executive across North and South Carolina — which means her clients get someone who solves complicated transactions for a living, not just her own. Her commitment to the profession runs deep. In 2023 she served as President of the Canopy REALTOR® Association and Canopy MLS, and in 2024 she received Canopy's President's Award. She continues to serve on the Canopy Housing Foundation Board of Directors, supporting housing stability and the path to homeownership across the region. She has also been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent, an honor extended to a small share of REALTORS® in the Charlotte area. Tiffany measures her work by one standard, in her own words: every client should be "delighted at the end, not upset." She thrives on the complex issues that surface in a transaction, and she'd rather solve them early than explain them later. Away from the closing table, Tiffany trains for endurance events — Spartan races among them — and spends her most cherished hours with her husband, Mike, and daughter, Zoe.
