About TJ

T.J. Larsen graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and set off in search of a career where he could fulfill his love of the creative with a passion for sales and business. In 1998 Larsen set his sights on a career in Real Estate. Larsen’s first position in real estate was in the field of new construction sales with The Boulevard Sales Group where he was charged with the sales and marketing of 6 communities totaling approximately 400 multi-family homes. On February 3rd 2000 Larsen founded My Townhome Realty expanding services to include general brokerage in addition to new construction sales. In 2003 Larsen expanded the MY brand to include single family home sales through My Maison Realty. In 2007 Larsen further expanded the brand into property management and rental services with the creation of My Home Leasing. In 2008 Larsen founded My Real Estate Advisors commercial brokerage and development. Larsen’s responsibilities at MY include new and veteran agent training, sales coaching, marketing and business development. He has never left his true passion of real estate sales and continues to take on new clients representing buyers, sellers and developers. Through diversity and specialization Larsen has grown the MY brand from a single office location to three offices serving both North and South Carolina.
