A Charlotte native, Todd has deep roots in the community and a genuine appreciation for everything the Queen City has to offer. Raised in Charlotte and a graduate of Charlotte Country Day School, he went on to earn his degree from the College of Charleston before returning home to build a successful career in financial technology consulting, sales, and relationship management. For more than two decades, Todd partnered with senior executives at financial institutions across the country, helping them solve complex business challenges through technology solutions. That experience sharpened his skills in listening, negotiating, problem-solving, and guiding clients through significant financial decisions—skills that now benefit his real estate clients every day. Drawn by a lifelong passion for architecture, home design, landscaping, and the Charlotte community, Todd brought that experience into residential real estate to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life's most significant investments with confidence. When he's not working with clients, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their children, Lilly, Walker, and Helm, exercising, working in the yard, and traveling abroad whenever the opportunity arises.
