About Tracey

I am a licensed North Carolina real estate professional and the Owner/Broker of TJB Realty. I lead residential, investment, and commercial transactions with a strong focus on client advocacy, compliance, and strategic growth. My experience includes working with investors, property management, renovations, and income-producing properties, helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate. I am a member of Longleaf Pine REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® and take an active role in leadership within the real estate industry. I currently serve on the Government Affairs Committee and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee with Longleaf Pine REALTORS®. I previously served on the Community Outreach Committee and am a graduate of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Leadership Academy. My professional approach is centered on education, transparency, problem-solving, and service, which has allowed me to build a strong business based largely on repeat clients and referrals. My work extends beyond traditional real estate transactions and focuses on housing stability and community development. I create affordable housing opportunities and work with Section 8 programs to help provide safe, stable housing for individuals and families. I support families through housing transitions, mentor renters working toward homeownership, promote local businesses, and connect members of my community with trusted resources. Throughout my career, I have maintained consistent production across multiple counties and successfully handled residential, investment, and commercial transactions. Completing the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Leadership Academy further strengthened my commitment to leadership, professional growth, and service. I take pride in being known for my integrity, resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and dedication to creating positive outcomes for both my clients and my community.
