About William
I spent 10 years in Health Care transportation operations, finishing as regional manager for the hospitality company contracted across the Cone Health campuses. Nine locations, constant turnover, complaints on my phone before six in the morning. Almost nobody walks into a hospital for a good reason, and I usually had about ninety seconds with each person before they went through the doors. You learn fast that people aren't looking to be impressed. They want to know what happens next, and they want to believe the person telling them. That's the mindset I bring to real estate now. I pay attention to the details other people miss, I stay calm when things get complicated, and I'll tell you what I actually think, even when a nicer answer would be easier to hear. I drive a 1984 Bronco and a 2026 Tesla. Old things are worth keeping when they were built right.
