About Zubin

Having moved to Charlotte at the age of 17, I’ve grown to love this “town,” and have witnessed its development and expansion first hand. I think Charlotte has a lot to offer in terms of its cultural diversity, architecture, cuisine, geography, and plain ‘ole Southern charm. I’ve always had an interest in things that are perceptible by touch since childhood, with real estate being top of mind, due to my family’s involvement in developing and managing property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Prior to my real estate career I was a Banker with a Fortune 10 bank here in town. My corporate career has given me the opportunity to develop into a dedicated and motivated professional who possesses a deep understanding of contract negotiation, business & market analytics and risk management. As your Agent, I view my role as being your personal counselor and problem solver, who works lock-step with you in making an informed decision about your property needs while simultaneously representing your best interests throughout the pricing, structuring and negotiating phase of a transaction. I firmly believe in using a collaborative and non-confrontational approach to problem solving and possess the temperament needed to diffuse a difficult situation Having chosen to affiliate with Helen Adams, a terrific family-owned company with a deep-rooted history in Charlotte, it is my desire to develop strong and lasting relationships with my clients while maintaining the highest level of professional integrity. I genuinely love living in North Carolina and enjoy all that the Charlotte area has to offer, including its proximity to the Carolina coast lines as well as the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. I also greatly appreciate the importance of home. My spare time generally involves riding my road bicycle through town or thoroughly enjoying my role as a doting father to my young daughter, Ava. Thank you for your willingness to put your trust in me.
