About Ed
I’m a licensed broker with Fulhouse Realty in Corvallis, working alongside my wife and principal broker, Marty Fulford. I came to real estate after more than 40 years in technology, most recently as global cybersecurity director at HP. That career taught me to look at the whole system: how the pieces fit, where the risks are, and how to keep a complex process on track. A home sale is exactly that kind of process, and I bring the same discipline to every listing: clear plans, steady communication, and attention to the details that keep a transaction from going sideways. Housing isn’t just my work, it’s my community involvement. I serve on the Benton County Planning Commission and chair its Regional Housing Subcommittee. I’m also the founder and executive producer of Housing Voices, a weekly podcast about housing in Oregon. That work keeps me close to what’s changing in local land use, zoning and housing policy, and how it affects buyers, sellers and neighborhoods. I also serve as board president of Heartland Humane Shelter & Care and president of the ISC2 Oregon Chapter. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking with our dogs or on the golf course. My approach is simple: listen first, explain things plainly, and make sure you feel informed and in control from first conversation to closing.
