About Norm

I was born and raised on the beautiful Oregon Coast, where my family has lived for generations. For over 31 years, I served customers and managed operations on the mid to South Coast of Oregon for a Fortune 500 company in the telecommunications business. My responsibility involved operational and system due diligence to provide corporate assistance in purchasing cable systems across the US. This challenging endeavor provided unlimited opportunities for growth in outstanding customer service, and government/public relations. As a result, my experience has become a stepping stone into the Real Estate business. I have been a Realtor for over 20 years, licensed and practicing as a Principal Broker, Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), E-Pro certified, Certified Listing Professional, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and have served on the Board of Directors for the Coos County Board of Realtors. I continue facilitating monthly meetings and tours for all local Realtors and provide staff leadership for training and continued growth. I stay up to date on best practices and legal aspects of Real Estate contracts, and I utilize the web and social media to enhance marketing efforts. I have a marketing plan in place that includes MoveTube Streaming TV. (Get your home listed on TV) the company and my own website, the statewide RMLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Facebook, Video, Virtual Tours, Open House, and weekly activity reports emailed to my clients. I am proud to be a part of an industry that has served customers and communities for many years. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, which is governed by a strict Code of Ethics that exemplifies a high degree of integrity and performance in professional conduct. My personal goal as a Realtor is to provide leadership and a business skill set to help my clients make the right decision. Through hard work, ongoing communication, and established trust, my clients will experience a successful transition to life's next adventure. This is a critical foundation I believe in and will always practice. I look forward to putting my skills to work for you and can be reached at 541-999-8994 or by email at norm@normlacey.com Respectfully, Norm Lacey/A Principal Broker Mast Realty Group Or License #200602208
