About Annie

Annie is a full time professional real estate agent with RE/MAX Associates Northeast in Kingwood. She prides herself on offering superior personal service before, during and after your home buying, selling, or leasing experience. Beside English, she is fluent in Romanian. Her approach to providing outstanding service is simple. First, Annie will understand your needs. She does that by asking lots of questions until she knows exactly what you're hoping to accomplish with that transaction. Second, she has a complete discussion about your financial requirements. If you're selling, she'll identify how much money you need or hope you can net from the sale of your home. If you're buying, she won't just find out how much money you can afford to buy, but she will identify how much you want to spend. Then make sure the homes you look at fit well within your financial comfort zone. Third, she will have a discussion of the expectations you have of each other in a successful working relationship. Annie will update you every step of the way and her top priority is to get you the highest price possible but also guiding you through the entire process safely. No surprises! If you are considering buying, selling or lease a home, please call Annie. She would love to help.
