Four years ago, I started my real estate career. After working in the marketing field for ten years, I was ready for a new challenge. I've always been interested in real estate, and after selling my first home and purchasing a new home, I knew that I could help others through this sometimes complicated and overwhelming process. I've lived in San Antonio since 2001, and love what this city has to offer, no matter what experience your looking for. After our twins, Katelynn & Leah, were born in 2010, my wife and I have enjoyed discovering all of the great opportunities for families. As a real estate agent, I've been able to learn about all of the different areas of San Antonio – from Schertz to the Southside, King William to Stone Oak, Alamo Heights to Alamo Ranch. What I love is being able to find what community is the best fit for my clients, and to then find them the perfect house in that community. My goal as your realtor is to make the home buying and selling process simple and easy. If you're selling, I will partner with you to sell your house quickly, but for the right price. My background in marketing will help me target potential buyers and make sure your home is seen by the right people. If you're buying a new home, I want to find you the best home, at the best price, as quickly as possible, and with the least amount of stress. My job is to keep track of all of the details and make sure that we have everything we need to get you in your dream home. After seeing all of the difficult decisions that members of my family have had to make about real estate as they have aged or as family members have passed away, I decided to obtain my Senior Real Estate Specialist certification so that I could provide specialized support to clients over 50. With this education & training, I can walk you through some of the unique financial situations you may need to consider when buying and/or selling a home.
