About Delores

Real estate is my calling. I have spent most of my adult life either selling real estate and/or assisting buyers in obtaining financing as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Every buyer or seller has a different set of wishes and situations and it keeps the business interesting, not to mention all the constant changes in regulations for both professions. While much of the business is "standard" there are always new issues that can arise. Building confidence throughout the process means a call when they get ready to sell or buy again. I am fortunate that this confidence also means they are comfortable referring other family members and friends because they know I will give them my best. It is my goal to obtain the most current market conditions to make it possible for each client to be confident in their decisions. I have been a Five Star Professional award winner since the program's inception in 2014 because my emphasis is on customer service and keeping everyone informed. Visit my Facebook page to see some of the customer satisfaction surveys over the years. Lifelong relationships have been and will always be key to my business. We are a small, independent firm, located in Cibolo which provides us with knowledge and expertise in the areas we serve. I hope we can work together to handle your real estate needs!
